ABOUT THE JOURNEY
The Journey has never been so easy and cheap, and in today's confusing and threatening political and social climate, it's important to see for yourself what the world has to offer. Only by traveling - no matter how far - is it possible to discover the beauty and complexity of our planet.
The journey can be local, regional, national or international. In some countries, non-local domestic travel may require an internal passport, while international travel typically requires a passport and a Visa.
The journey is distinguished by the means by which you move: it can take place by means of transport (public or private, such as cars, motorcycles, trains, airplanes, ships, bicycles, etc.), or even on foot. A journey can also include relatively short stays between the subsequent trips that make it up.
The journey can be understood not only in a physical sense, in a space-time context, but also in a metaphorical sense as an expression of abandonment, interior research, desire. There are many works that highlight the journey intended as an inner search or desire.
The purposes of a journey can be the most varied: recreation, tourism or vacation, research (for gathering information), visiting other people, volunteering, migration, religious pilgrimage, a mission, business, commerce, and other goals, such as obtaining health care or refuge from a war, or simply the pleasure of traveling.
Motivations for the act of travel include pleasure, relaxation, discovery and exploration, the desire to learn about other cultures and to take personal time to build interpersonal relationships.
Travel safety
It is important to take precautions to ensure safe travel. When traveling overseas, the odds are in favor of safe and accident-free travel, however, travelers can be prone to problems such as crime and violence. Some precautions include being aware of your surroundings, avoiding being the target of a crime, leaving copies of your passport and itinerary information to trusted people, obtaining valid medical insurance in the country you are visiting and register with your national embassy when you arrive in a foreign country. Many countries do not accept permission from other countries to drive, however most countries do accept permission from other countries.
Auto insurance policies issued in your home country are often valid in foreign countries, and are often a requirement for obtaining temporary auto insurance valid in the visitor country. It is also advisable to be informed about the driving rules and regulations of the destination countries: for example, wearing a seat belt while driving a car is highly advisable for safety reasons and because many countries have penalties for violating laws on the seat belt.
ABOUT MARKETING ACTIVITY
The term "Real Estate" indicates the set of operators, products and services referring to the real estate market. "Real estate Marketing" is characterized by that type of marketing (which FCO wants to sponsor) relating to accommodation facilities that offer the best services for tourism, in different countries, trought advertising the assets / services of accommodation facilities (anything that may represent a need for the accommodation guest).
The goal is to inform the public about the structure, in order to encourage future bookings. A "Social Cities Service" dedicated to the search for specific structures connected to tourism.

ABOUT HOTEL
The "Hotel" is an accommodation company that provides paid accommodation, usually used for short-term stays and especially by tourists.
Very often, hotels also provide a high number of services for guests (including tourist ones), such as restaurants, swimming pools, as well as various kinds of services for children; some hotels also have a conference room inside, in order to encourage groups of people to organize conferences and meetings in their own buildings.
