Regole del forum Lo spirito delle regole non è limitare la libertà di pensiero di chi vi partecipa ma è finalizzato alla tutela dei temi trattati e soprattutto alla tutela dei partecipanti. La conoscenza ed il rispetto di queste semplici regole sono fondamentali per il buon funzionamento dei servizi della Community. Gli utenti devono impegnarsi a rispettare quanto sotto riportato. Non sono consentiti: 1. Insulti personali tra i partecipanti; toni irrispettosi verso i moderatori o gli amministratori del Forum; le discussioni e le espressioni usate devono essere sempre pacate, pur trovandosi in disaccordo su certe questioni; 2. Offese alle istituzioni o alla religione di qualunque fede; 3. Messaggi non inerenti alle tematiche proposte o non idonei alle finalità del forum; 4. Commenti in chiave sarcastica, beffeggiatoria, sacrilega e denigratoria; 5. Sono inoltre vietati: il razzismo ed ogni apologia dell’inferiorità o superiorità di una razza rispetto alle altre; 6. Atteggiamenti e/o posizioni di contestazione, presi a titolo gratuito, palesemente ostili nei confronti dei moderatori e degli amministratori del forum; 7. Incitamento al mancato rispetto delle presenti regole miranti alla esclusiva destabilizzazione della normale e pacifica partecipazione attiva al forum ed agli altri servizi della Community; 8. Multi iscrizioni (con nickname diversi), ed iscrizione con nick difficilmente identificabili. Ogni persona potrà partecipare alla Community con una unica iscrizione, con un nick ed una foto che la rendano riconoscibile dagli altri partecipanti. 9. Il pubblicare immagini ritenute oscene ed offensive della sensibilità dei singoli; queste verranno immediatamente rimosse. 10. Pubblicare e/o richiedere Link o riferimenti a siti esterni con le seguenti caratteristiche: 1) personali o di natura commerciale che forniscono direttamente servizi di e-commerce; 2) che violano le leggi sul copyright e sul diritto d’autore. Possono essere inseriti o richiesti solo link a siti esterni i quali: 1) non offrono servizi di e-commerce; 2) presentano contenuto informativo utile per la Community come completamento della discussione. Inoltre sarà considerato SPAM, e quindi non consentito, pubblicare thread pubblicitari di qualsiasi tipo. La Community non è luogo per l’inserimento di annunci pubblicitari. 11. Pubblicare messaggi che in qualche modo creano disordine nella Community o possano creare danni d’immagine o all’esistenza stessa del sito. 12. Denunce di presunti comportamenti irregolari di utenti o denunce di presunti post irregolari, per fare ciò bisogna contattare la sede tramite e-mail. Avviso: La deliberata inosservanza di quanto riportato comporterà l’immediato bannaggio (cancellazione) dal forum, a discrezione dei moderatori e/o degli amministratori del forum. Sarà esclusivo ed insindacabile compito dei moderatori stabilire quando questi limiti vengano oltrepassati ed intervenire di conseguenza. – Consigli utili – – prima di aprire una nuova discussione verificate che non ve ne sia una uguale già aperta. In questo modo si eviterà di riempire il forum di discussioni ripetitive e (conseguentemente) noiose. – Utilizzare, nell’aprire una discussione, un titolo che possa riassumere nel modo migliore possibile l’argomento di questa. Ciò permette a chi è interessato di intervenire e chi non è interessato di non aprire inutilmente la pagina. A titolo esemplificativo i thread intitolati “AIUTATEMI VI PREGO!!!” o “LEGGETE!!!!” saranno gli ultimi ad essere presi in considerazione. – Evitare di effettuare più post in serie su una stessa discussione, cercando invece di concentrare ogni intervento in unico post. Questo renderà la lettura della discussione più agevole. La presenza di queste norme di comportamento vuole spronare gli utenti ad una discussione seria, civile e nel rispetto delle opinioni altrui; durante le discussioni è possibile giungere a situazioni di contrasto e scontro: si richiama ogni utente della Community alla massima attenzione, in quanto la discussione anche animata e con scontro di opinioni è ammessa ma non l’insulto personale, tanto meno ogni tentativo di denigrare le opinioni altrui se differenti dalle proprie. Tali comportamenti non verranno in alcun modo tollerati da parte dell’amministratore, le discussioni offensive verranno chiuse o eliminate e se il caso, gli utenti responsabili di comportamenti scorretti verranno allontanati dal forum. Avviso: Queste infrazioni comporteranno l’immediata chiusura e/o rimozione delle discussioni; in presenza di comportamenti gravi la violazione di queste norme potrà portare al bannaggio dell’utente responsabile ed in taluni casi di particolare gravità, il deferimento al Collegio dei probiviri. – Contestazioni – L’operato dei moderatori è insindacabile e può essere giudicato solo dall’Amministratore del forum. Eventuali contestazioni vanno effettuate via e-mail. Verrà immediatamente chiusa ogni discussione avente come oggetto argomenti di contestazione in chiave polemica. Chi dovesse insistere in simile atteggiamento, verrà immediatamente allontanato dal forum secondo l’insindacabile giudizio dei moderatori. – Spostamento discussioni Forum – Per mantenere i forum ordinati è regola fondamentale postare il proprio argomento nel forum pertinente. I thread che trattano argomenti non attinenti al forum in cui sono stati inseriti, verranno spostati prontamente dai moderatori anche senza alcun preavviso. E’ espressamente vietato aprire nuove discussioni dove l’argomento sia la contestazione di spostamento di topic. – Chiusura discussioni – Verrà chiusa ogni discussione dove argomenti o toni non risultino idonei alla linea del forum (vedi sopra). Se nel corso della discussione il topic dovesse degenerare (anche con un solo messaggio) è data ampia facoltà di intervenire al moderatore come ritiene opportuno, anche con la chiusura della discussione o, nei casi più gravi, con il bannaggio immediato. Per le violazioni meno gravi, ad insindacabile giudizio del moderatore, si potrà procedere all’editazione del messaggio incriminato, relativamente ed esclusivamente per l’eliminazione di singole parole o link che violino il Regolamento del Forum. E’ espressamente vietato aprire nuove discussioni dove l’argomento sia la contestazione di chiusura di topic. – Dispute personali tra utenti – Non è ammesso rendere pubbliche le conversazioni private.
